Robert (Bob) Sick

Managing Director

Bob Sick is the Managing Director of White Oak Capital, LLC. He has over 25 years experience as the CEO of roughly 20 companies, and many years of direct experience in Private Equity partnerships. Bob has extensive experience helping companies through challenging times; including managing rapid growth, integrating acquisitions, and driving financial turnarounds. He has focused on the small to middle markets; typically companies between $10 - $100M in sales, for the following industries:

He has a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering / Engineering Management, a Masters degree in Engineering / Economic Systems, and a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering / Engineering Management; all from Stanford University.
